Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, minor variations may exist between product images and the actual item received.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select areas. Anas Autos reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or due to courier delays. Anas Autos is not liable for delays caused by the courier service after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unused condition with original packaging. Damaged or incorrectly delivered items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence sent to our WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless defective.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Anas Autos does not provide additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product data is the property of Anas Autos. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Anas Autos shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
